HMR LEVEL ONE

Simple, Single Event/Scene Trauma; Multiple Memories

Training at Level One includes the following:  History of trauma resolution, redefinition of "trauma", reframing of the traditional psychopathology model through the lens of trauma, study of the newest findings regarding the dynamics of trauma induction and resolution, verbal and auditory (listening) skills, detailed review of the verbal technique and its goals, introduction to the most common solutions, initial training in energy sensitivity and the electromagnetic field technique, review of techniques for fostering access to trauma memories, self-care exercises and recommendations, and an overview of training and certification. 

This training module includes 6 videos, a Level 1 training manual (downloadable PDF file), and course evaluation at the end.  The course also includes a test at the end which is for review only.   The score on this test has no impact on the user's ability to register for the HMR Level 2 online training course.  Once a student registered and purchases this course, they have 365 days to complete the course.
